Forum: Public restrooms- paper towels or blow dryers
Hi Kasey,

I use paper towels like you because I think they are more sanitary. Jon is correct, I read about how the electric dryers are unsanitary, they did a test and found all kinds of nasty bacteria on the electric dryers including E coli from feces and such, yuck! So I think part of the problem is that the blower is blowing the bacteria that is sitting on the dryer onto your hands, so stick with paper towels people , just try to use one only if you are worried about the environment.

Great Forum! Happy Wednesday!

Karen

Hi Morgan,

I do not go to Haunted Houses, I never scare myself on purpose :) I do not like to be stressed out and scared. I can't even watch Horror movies. When I was young my mom did not let me watch any Horror movies, I think this is good because I am not desensitized to violence. I can't watch gore or violence in movies I always hide my eyes. I think I will stick to the pumpkin patch!

Have a great day!

Karen

Forum: Should the driving age be raised ?
Hi Julia ,

I agree with you I do think the driving age should be raised to 18. I think that two years really makes a difference in the maturity level and ability to think ahead and make decisions which are necessary to drive safely. I am teaching two how to drive right now, one who is 17 and one who is 20. My 20 year old is more calm and thoughtful when driving. I can't wait till my 20 year old drives so that I don't have to drive her to college anymore! I do think it is a trend for students to wait until they are older to drive.

Have a great Wednesday!

Sincerely,

Karen

Hi Cathy,

something we always have in our fridge is shredded cheese and tortillas, they are a good snack for the kids and they can make things with them themselves.

Have a great day!

Hi Frh!

Fall is my favorite season too! The first word I saw was pumpkin also! I think our brain automatically must look for that word when it hears Fall.

Have a great day!

Hi Maggie,

I really like coffee, I usually drink one cup in the morning, if I have it later in the day I usually drink iced coffee. Maybe you are more English than French!

Have a great day,
