Hey Kyle!

I LOVE bubble tea! I didn't think I'd like it, but once I tried it I was hooked. My favorite flavor is definitely mango, but I've only had a couple different kinds. I'd like to try some of the other flavors to see if maybe I'll find a new favorite!

Not the best bubble tea I've had, but definitely good customer service: my friends and I went to our local shop that has both frozen yogurt and bubble tea. We were only planning on getting frozen yogurt that day, but the lady at the register offered us all a bubble tea to go with it for free! I'm sure you know it can be a little pricey, so it was SO nice of her to give us some.

Have a great rest of your weekend!

Hey Anna!

I know EXACTLY how you feel - I look a lot younger than I really am, so people talk down to me pretty much every day. I'm always asked if I need a kids menu (sometimes by hosts that are the same age as me!) and looked up and down when I go shopping by myself, as if they think I've lost my mom!

Sometimes it's hard not to get sassy with them, but usually when I tell them how old I really am, they'll apologize like no other, haha! In your case though it seems a little different - and maybe even more annoying! This professor knows you're all adults yet still is treating you like children. Maybe she doesn't even know she does it (she could be a former teacher for younger kids?) but it would probably be extremely awkward to bring up. I'm not sure if I would speak up or not - maybe if it gets worse or persists!

Best of luck with the prof, and in the new semester!

Hey!

I usually end up doing my laundry once a week, but in all honestly I'll usually do it either whenever the basket is full or if I need something washed that I know is in there.

I don't think I'd send my laundry away, I really don't find it that time consuming. It actually can be kind of nice to take a break from studying or other work and go listen to music and fold some clothes! I'd rather use the money for other things that are more necessary!

Have a good weekend!!

Hey Abby!!

I absolutely love mozzarella sticks - any kind, from any place. I always say even when they're bad, they're still good! Haha! It's my guilty pleasure to get a box, stick them in the oven, and eat them while I'm watching a movie. I haven't done that in a while, maybe I'm due for that kind of night!!

Have a great weekend!

Hey Ruby!

Congrats on the job!! That's so exciting; I hope you'll be feeling better for the orientation.

My favorite tea is also green tea! I actually prefer it iced, but I like it hot too. If I'm sick, though, I love a tea called Throat Coat. It's a little singer's trick - the tea actually coats your throat (hence the name) so you don't feel the effects of a sore throat as much. It's not exactly the tastiest tea in the world, but with a lot of honey, I actually enjoy it! I'd really recommend it if you're sick.

Have a good one!!

Hello!!

When I was little, I hated sharing my crayons/markers/etc. I liked keeping them new-looking for as long as I could, so I hated letting other kids use them and having them wear down quicker. I took my art very seriously as a kid - haha!

Have a great rest of your weekend!

Hey CNET!!

I've missed you all! I'm sorry I haven't been posting in ages - I had to take a little break to prepare for the new semester!

How have you all been? Anything exciting going on in your lives?

I've been raising a new puppy, and its proving itself more difficult than it looks! I love her to death, but she sure is a handful. (If anyone has any puppy training tips, I'd be happy to hear them!)

I hope you all are doing well, and I'm excited to get back to posting!

Hey!

I completely agree with you. I don't think it really makes that big of a difference in service whether employees stand or sit if they're just going to be at a desk or cash register.

Something that immediately came to mind is the grocery store ALDI. It's the only one I've seen so far that lets the cashiers sit! They have raised chairs so it doesn't make a difference when interacting with them; they are still at eye level and look professional to me. I think all other businesses could learn something from that!

Hey Court!

This post reminded me that I haven't made my bed yet today! LOL

I didn't used to make it, but now I find that my room feels a lot messier if I don't! It also feels so much nicer getting into a bed that's made at night rather than a messy one.

Have a good day!!

Hi Brittany!

When I was little I used to want to have every single highlighter color I could get my hands on, and I'd use them all like a rainbow. Now, though, I like to stick to yellow! The other colors can be a little too dark to stand out as much as I'd like them to.

Have a good one!!
