Hey W!

I have gotten heatstroke before, but it was years ago. I did something pretty similar to what you did, stayed hydrated, took something for my headache, and rested.

Now I'm super careful in the sun. I drink water constantly and wear at least spf 30 (but usually 50) and reapply every few hours. Hard lesson to learn though.

Hope you feel better soon!

Hey CNet!

What's one nice thing you did for someone else today?

Here's mine: I made dinner for my sister! Just something small, but it adds up.

Hey!

Both options can be healthy, as can continuing to eat meat and animal products. It really depends on your body and the types of nutrients you especially need. I would talk to your doctor about your consideration to know the best course of action for yourself.

Either way, take it slow so you don't stress your system out. If you do decide on veganism, you might want to start with vegetarianism as a transitioning step.

Hey!

Love as a concept can cover a lot of things and has overlap with care, attraction, attachment and loads of other stuff.

I really don't have actual definitive answers to any of your questions, but I try not to think about it too much and just feel what I feel. It's true that everything we are and do is a result of brain chemicals and functions but we still just live our lives and we don't always have to know or understand things.

Hey!

Yeah, I had braces for 6 years, it was intense. I was able to deal with it but it was pretty awful. I took my fair share of ibuprofen and there were a lot of tears.

Hey CNet!

Are you afraid of spiders?

I thought of this because I've seen so many in my house within the past couple of days. I'm not really afraid of spiders. I don't like them on me/touching me, and am weary of them if I know that they're poisonous, but I won't freak out or anything.

Hey Alex,

I heard about this earlier today, its attrocious.

I'm not in support of the new policy at all. It's hurting families and individuals, especially children, and I'm really worried for the future and for all the children missing so far.

Thanks for the forum.

Hey Kendall!

I definitely have those days.

I'm actually the opposite, I listen to music cranked up on the way home! I usually sing along as well to relieve stress. It's nice because I drive home by myself, and even just driving helps calm me down when I'm upset.

Other than that, I usually take a hot shower, make myself something nice to eat, and then curl up in bed afterwards.

Hey Auntiec!

My favorite author is Isabel Allende. I'm currently reading her book "In the Midst of Winter", but my favorite book of hers is "The House of the Spirits".

I would recommend any of her books though!

Hey Jessica!

I work retail, and I'm not really loving it. The company I work for isn't the greatest either, but it could be much worse. The hours are great and my manager has been very understanding and accommodating with my school scheduke.

Have a good one!
