Forum: How young is too young for day care?
Hi lovelies!

This morning when checking my email, my eyes crossed an article, about a day care worker who tortured an 8 months old girl who later died.

This got my mouth open in shock, not about the day care worker - crazy and cruel people don't surprise me anymore, but about the baby's parents! They give their 8 month old baby to day care?! WHAT?!

I mean animals have their infants by their side longer than humans do. It blows my mind when I see women even at my work place coming back to work after 3 months of giving birth. I just want to to come up to them and ask "who's watching your baby now?"

I feel like at least the first year of baby's life is crucial to stay by the mother's side. I mean they need to know who is the birth giver, and recognize that person as their mother. They need the love and warmth of the mother and not some stranger or a friend or other family member. Yeah we all have to work, but people need to take some responsibility when becoming parents, and one of them should be staying with your infant. Just be there for him/her.

I don't have kids, but I would REFUSE to leave my infant with a stranger at a day care.

Do you think there should be some age limit to when kids can be dropped off at a day care? Some more guidance for humanity on how to care for their infants?

hi hi!

Ok, I will give my top three here, because just one person is not enough :)
I would love to meet, Oprah, Ellen Degeneres and Chelsea Handler. They are all wonderful and inspiring in different ways, and I love them dearly.

hi hi!

cnt w8 2 c how u type! ;) Karly what language is this? Haha!

I can't stand when people text like that. Also, periods are used to end the sentence, and it's not a sign of seriousness :) When people ask questions without question marks, or just keep on typing without commas or periods, it's hard to understand the emotion, mood and over all point of the text.
I do type expressive texts because I want to be understood. For instance, when dating someone I feel like texting evokes drama, because people just assume you're being mean, or rude or snappy based on the wording, and no emojies. Texting is dramatic! Just call me.

hi hi!

I've had an Android for as long as I can remember. I like that it's simple to use. I tried playing around with iPhone before and I couldn't get anywhere. There that one button in the middle, that's suppose to do everything but for me it does nothing LOL. I felt stuck. No thanks to iPhones.

hi hi!

I have few close friends, but I'm not one of the people who needs friends to have my back. If my car broke down in the middle of the night (which had happen) I will not call friends to help, I do not want to bother them with my situation. I will call a towing truck and I will get a cab. I feel like many people consider someone to be their best friend, only if that person helps them out in all kinds of ways. As soon as someone says "no I can't", that friend gets judged.
Anyway... We all have our point of views :)

hi hi!

Cool question! You made me realize that I don't know much about other planets... I couldn't even name them all at the moment. Yikes! I like Moon, so handsome. Is Moon a planet? (hiding under the table). I think the space, galaxy is so beautiful and interesting. So unexplainable and mystical.

hi hi!

Ya'll stop judging yourselves as horrible dancers! You couldn't walk for the first time when you tried either, could you? It takes practice, and after some time, the dance becomes a pleasure!

I've been taking Salsa, Bachata and Cha Cha classes for the last 2 months, and it's hella fun! Every class introduces a new step, a new move and it gets more challenging, but that's an encouragement to keep on dancing - not quitting :)
