Forum: What kind of questions do you not like to answer?
Hi Jenelu Rose,

I don’t like answering questions about myself. I hate when people ask me what my hobbies are or what I do for fun, and also questions about my job. I’m not sure why this is, but I just would rather talk about other people than myself. I guess I’m sort of self conscious, as in I’m afraid they will think my answers are dumb and they won’t like me. In general I’m just not that good at holding a conversation. Someone literally told me I was not s very good conversationalist after talking with me. I wish I was not like that! I would enjoy being able to chat with anyone who comes my way, but most small talk consists of those types of topics.

Something to work on for sure!

The concept of biophilia suggests that humans innately seek connections with nature and other forms of life. This is used in modern health care facilities y placing lots of imagery and/or real plants as a way to make patients feel more comfortable, and actually there are studies showing that patient moods are better when they are around images of nature or in a room with an exterior window. Healing times also improve greatly.

It’s interesting how our minds can connect with something so deeply without knowing it.

Also plants clean the air, so spaces with plants will feel more clean and fresh even if there is poor ventilation or no access to fresh air.

Donuts!

I have a major sweet tooth, and one of my all time favs is an original glazed donut.
My second choice to answer this question would be sleep. After college I just love sleeping. I would sleep till noon every day if I could. Instead I'm up at a reasonable hour for a working adult.

Have a great night!

Hi Elissa,

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well! Nothin like a restful day to get yourself back up and running.

My ideal day would be very low key. I would wake up early and cook breakfast, then go for a nice long walk outside. Beyond that it would just consist of cleaning the house and watching some TV.

On days I have to work, my ideal day would be pretty similar except it would involve not getting stuck late at the office and getting to sit down to dinner with my husband at a reasonable hour. A crisis free day is a good day for me!

Hi Luke,

Elon Musk is doing some really cool things, although I don't know how I feel about the Tesla thing. It seems like one day soon space travel will become a very normal thing that people do for entertainment...like going on a cruise. It's so beautiful out there. I would personally not travel into space, but I think it's amazing how far the technology has come.
