    Longest relationship you've been in?

    Hey all, happy Friday!

I recently hit a year and a half of being with my current partner, which is the longest romantic relationship I have ever been in. Before this, the most serious relationship I'd had lasted about 2-3 months, so today I'm wondering what your experiences have been.

What's the longest relationship you've been in? Do you have any bits of wisdom to share on making relationships last?

    Have a great weekend!

    Hello moiraculous!

The current relationship I am in is by no means the longest I've had. My longest was around four years. To make a relationship last, you really just have to work together as a team, respect each other and your differences. Communication is vital. Also, always try to avoid going to bed still mad at each other. It can be hard, but dealing with problems as they arise is always better than letting them fester.

    Have a great day!

My current relationship is almost at the 4 year milestone. My previous relationship was 10 years. I would say that honestly and trust are the two most important components of any relationship, romantic or otherwise.
