    Something from your Bucket List?

    Hey CNet!

What’s something that’s on your bucket list? It can be an activity, goal, achievement.. something that you want to do/accomplish before you pass.

I’ve been taking efforts to start marking things off of my list. A couple of years ago, I went sky diving! That was a big one to cross out!

I’d like to paint something and sell it. I’ve never painted anything before but I’ve always wanted to! It doesn’t matter how much it’s worth, but it can’t be a family member or friend!

    Hi Cory,

Great forum! One thing on my bucket list is to go to Italy some day. Hopefully within the next 15 years or so.

Thanks for the question. Good luck with the painting thing.

    Hi Cory!

Something off my bucket list is to visit every continent! I’ve been to three of the 7. I won’t be too numbed if I don’t make it to Antarctica, but it’d be cool anyways.

You’re bold, I’m too big of a chicken to skydive! It sounds like crazy fun. I’m really clumsy and probably something would go wrong even in a tandem dive!

Also good luck on your painting! Painting is a lot of fun. I took an art class just on painting and it really helped me improve although none of my pieces were worthy of being sold!

    Thanks for the post!

Hey, I think it's great that you're trying to mark things off your bucket list. I know I should probably start doing that myself. And painting is so much fun. I paint a lot, mostly tiny figurines that I mold myself.

But anyway, something on my bucket list is to go scuba diving. I love swimming, and I even swam in shark-infested water once (which had been another item on my bucket list that I was able to cross off). I also want to publish a short story or novel. I've always enjoyed writing, and I don't care about the money. It's really just the fact that I love to share my ideas and thoughts through my writing. But the biggest item on my bucket list is that I want to travel to Japan and Ireland, among many other places in the world. I have always dreamed about traveling and seeing different places.

    Thanks for the forum.

Love this topic. I have never been one to have a bucket list, I guess I've always been a little scared of disappointing myself.

This forum got me thinking, though....

Visit Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Eastern Europe, and Iceland.
    Write a book.
    Earn a doctorate.
Remodel and fully decorate my own home.

Re: Something from your Bucket List?

    Hi Cory!

Here are a few of the things on my bucket list:

-Goal = visit Sweden (my Dad was born there and I would love to see it with him)

-Achievement = I tend to be fearful and I hate it! So I would like to conquer my tendency to be struck by fear,,,real or irrational. I want to live with the thought of ,,, dwell on what could go right as opposed to what could go wrong!

-Activity = Take a road trip with my sister to the Kentucky Derby.

By the way, I too am impressed by your skydiving and by your painting goal!

    Have a great day,
    Auntiec

    Hey Cory :)

There are a lot of things I want to do someday!!!! The biggest ones for me would be 1) Go on a real rollercoaster or go to a place like disneyland! ( coming from a small town, Ive never been on really big rides!) or 2) someday traveling to Paris. I have been teaching myself a little French and it would be awesome to finally use it!

    Have an awesome day
