    Favorite Disney Classics!

Which Disney song is your favorite? Why?

My favorite Disney song is He Mele No Lilo because I love the art that goes along with the song and I also love the flow of the song. The song is so much fun and I have always wanted to learn to hula dance. The song is so beautiful and light.

    Hi Song,

OMG! Yes, i remember that from Lilo and stitch. *sigh, the good old times :)

My favorite Disney classic would be " A dream is a wish your heart makes". I've always been a fan of fairytales and imagine myself dancing with my prince lol. Hopefully one day and i also like "A whole new world" from Aladdin. These two songs just brings a smile to my face everytime i listen to them. I love Disney.

Thanks for the forum and have a wonderful afternoon!

I love the song "Reflection" from Mulan. I think it resonates with me because I am a "people pleaser". I am constantly worried about what people are thinking about me and that sometimes causes me to act not myself. I need to remember to look at my reflection and make sure I recognize the person that I see. Also, Mulan is such a strong, smart, and beautiful character and I really enjoy her story.

    Hey Song!

I have a few Disney Classic songs...

    1. The Lion Kings - Circle of Life....It's always been one of my favorite, because it shows what nature is all about"
    2. The Lion Kings - Hakuna Matata....Mean's No Worries....How I'd like to live my life
    3. Beauty and the Beasts - A Tale as Old as Time....To me means not to judge a book by it's cover, which many people should learn to do.

    Have a great day!

@Unique_girl17 A Whole New World is such a fantastic song! There is this really great cover of the song that I absolutely love listening to over and over again. I love this cover because both of the vocalists have such smooth and rich voices.

@Noa Reflection is so great! I love Mulan because I am Chinese and it was really cool to see a little bit of cultural representation for me. I have always seen a part of myself in Mulan as well and need to remember my "reflection".

@Thankful Circle Of Life is literally my other favorite Disney song! The richness of the animation and music resonates with me so much. I get chills every single time I listen/watch it. I watched this fantastic Jordan Peterson lecture on Carl Jung and The Lion King. It is broken up into two parts and Dr. Peterson breaks down the psychological significance of every major scene in the movie from a Jungian perspective.

I LOVED that song as well! Lilo and Stitch was such a favorite of mine, I could watch it a hundred times and never get bored. Even as an adult, I have a few fun shirts that feature Stitch! I would also say that some of the songs from Tarzan are my favorites as well, like "You'll Be In My Heart" and "Trashing the Camp". I also really like the opening songs from the Lion King and the Lion King 2. Fun forum!

    Hey Song,
Definitely Moana "How Far I'll Go!" I love this movie and this song so much! As a mother to two young daughters, I absolutely LOVE the focus of strength in girls and that they don't need a price charming to come save them, they can find their inner strength and solve problems themselves!

Seriously, makes me cry every time!
