Forum: Do you prefer Butter or Margerine?
hi hi!

When I read your forum, I thought to myself "Does margarine still exist?"
Of course it does right. I think the last time I''ve tasted margarine, I was still a kid. Around Thanksgiving I started using butter for cooking again. I always used vegetable oil, but with all the holiday cooking, I was reminded how good the food taste when using butter!

hi hi!

All lights off for me. Any little light is a distraction to my sleep.

Subject: Kids calling 911 on parents

Forum: Kids calling 911 on parents
Hi lovelies!

How do you guys feel about kids calling 911 on their parents?

Little kids are being taught these days to stand up for themselves and reach out for help and justice. In families where children are physically abused, I'd say this teaching to call 911 comes in handy. Now I'm thinking back in a day, if I had the right to call 911, my mother' would have been arrested every week haha!

Anyhow... My concern is, when kids call cops on their parents for small things, like slapping or other actions. This morning there was a story on the radio (which was meant to be funny) when a 5 year old boy called 911 on his dad because he ran a red light. He literally called 911 once they got home. The boy sounded sweet and not mean in any way. After the 911 dispatcher heard the kid's voice, she asked if she could talk to his daddy, and the radio didn't play the rest of conversation.

Do you think it's a good idea that kids are encouraged to call 911? Do you feel like parent can get into unnecessary trouble because of their kids?

hi hi!

I remember sitting in the dentist chair as early as age 5. By now every single of my teeth have fillings.
Sweets are not one and only reason we get cavities. You can have weak teeth by genes, or by not flossing and cleaning daily. If someone have strong well teeth, loves sweets and they take care of their teeth, I don't think there would be issues.

hi hi!

Wow 1-2 packs of sweetener! I can't even handle it on the tip of my tongue. They taste awful to me. I use brown sugar, and I only need half of tea spoon in my coffee - no where else.
