Lucid dreaming: being aware in your sleep that you are dreaming...and
using that knowledge to control your dreams.
This is something that can be achieved with some practice! I've been
working at it for a while, and have only achieved it a couple of times
for a very short moment.
Have you ever attempted it...if not, would you?why/why not? Have you
succeeded...if so what exercises are you using to realize you are
dreaming?
What are your thoughts in general of this practice?
