Boy... I wish I could answer that... I haven't made a voting path since the end of February (darn Mom blocking my text messaging).

To be honest, outside votes do help. It's pretty much selfish to win with only 3 posts and just outside votes (like that woman that got up to 3rd place in February with only 3 posts before she got banned).

I know this is my 999th post, but I'll make my 1000th post right after this one.

I joined this website on New Year's Day of 2009. I missed a few days of posting at the end of January and maybe five days the rest of the time.

I was able to win the monthly scholarship of $5000 in February and have stayed hooked on CollegeNET ever since.

I yearned for the moment that I stayed here long enough to reach 1000 posts.

Well... It is finally here.

Some days have good forums; some days have bad forums. But what matters is the way we communicate and compete to win a scholarship on this website.

What do you mean, "Does anyone have a life?" Sorry, but I think that is a kind of ignorant question on this site. This is a great website that gives people scholarships for working hard and participating in our forums. It's definitely not a negative obsession. Winning $5000 actually helps me on my path toward a successful life in the future.
