Does it annoy you when people come into class late? What about if they disrupt class in the process? What if they come in quietly disturbing no one? Are you often late?

Im never late to class and it bothers me if they come to class late and disrupt class, i cant stand that but hey you never know what could have happened. Obviously there are people who are late to class almost always and i dont think they have good excuses.

I'm late to my morning classes pretty often... I know its a really bad habit but for some reason I do it all the time. I'm sure it gets annoying to alot of people b/c when I'm actually there on time and someone else gets there late it is a little disturbing... so I guess I annoy myself when I do it to???

As a teacher and as a student this is a huge pet peeve of mine. It's especially annoying when they disrupt the learning process. Now that I'm in grad school that doesn't seem to happen much anymore. As a teacher though, it depends on the day. The kids that come back from lunch late have a tendency to disrupt. It's annoying!

I have come in to class late, but I try to be as silent as possible and use the back doors if possible. Some professors ask that if you are going to be late, you might as well not attend class. I think that is a good policy, but sometimes I get stuck with other things that I cannot change and I cannot miss class because the class is tough and missing a whole class sets me back dramatically.
