If you got one million dollars left on your doorstep one day what would you do with it?

I would buy a nicer truck cause mine is real old and i would save enough to pay for my college. the rest i would probly put in the bank or spend it on stuff i didn't really need, like junk food, toys, fourwheelers, and other stuff like that... At least I would have fun with it!!!!!!

Well I would give back to god giving all my tithes and making sure I put seed in the ground for me and my family and friends. Second I would give back to my family and make sure that they were well taken care of for a while then i would give to someone who needed it so that they could get some bills oout of the way

Wow, I would love to have a million dollars!

First, I would set aside money to pay for college in a bank account. Then I would give my mom money to pay off our house and car payments and any other bill she owes money. I would make sure to put a couple thousand in a bank account to save for later too!

If there was enough left over money, I would travel as much as I could. I love to go to new places. The first place I would go would be to Japan to see my family. I had the wonderful opportunity to go a few summers ago with my grandparents and it was AMAZING!! I loved it there! It is so different from Arizona that it was a nice break. I would absolutely love to take my best friend there to show her around. I would probably take my mom too because she was born there, but has not been back since. :)

A million dollars would be great right now....but it wouldn't solve ALL of my problems. :)
However, if I did win a million dollars, I would first give some (or maybe a lot) back to God. He has done so much for me in my life that I won't be able to pay Him back, but I can at least try. :) He deserves the primary recognition and thanks for the money.
Second, I would figure out how much money I need to finish my undergrad and graduate degrees (of course factoring rises in tuition and inflation :) and set that aside for the coming years.
Third, I would give my parents a couple hundred thousand to fix up our house, pay off the house, save for retirement/invest. I would so love to be able to do this for them just to give them peace of mind and squelch the money worries they've had for so long.
Fourth, I would set aside a good amount for myself for later on in life. It's always nice to have a nest egg that's not tied up in a 401k. :) Or I might try to start my own business with the leftover money and turn a higher profit.

And lastly, I would take a year off after graduation and go see the world with my brother and two cousins. That would be the trip of a lifetime! I wonder how many countries we could fit into just one year! lol We would have sooo much fun and learn so much about our world and ourselves. Besides having fun, I would also like to help the poorer people in each country and truly make a difference in their lives.

If I had 1 million dollars I would first save majority of it. Next thing I would do is pay all of my college expenses and buy a nice vehicle. With some left I would give it to my parents to try and give aleast a small portion back due to what they have spent on my since birth.

I would donate a percentage of it to charity, then I would pay off all my bills and college loans. I would help my sister and brother out by giving them a portion of it and if there is anything left, I would take a vacation.

If I had a million dollar, I would give half of it to my parents for their support, serencity, and care. They deserve it!

Other than that I would buy myself a new car, maybe a house, and shopping spree. Also, I would definitely give couple thousands to save the Hmong people who are currently slaughter and doesn't have a home.

I would pay off all my parents debts, buy us a smaller house and sell our current one.

I would pay for my school which is $232,000 for all four years and put the rest in a savings account.

When I got out of culinary school and would travel to all the food capitals of the world including Frace, Italy, Japan, Indonesia, Japan, Morroco, and more, working under the best known chefs as I traveled. I would travel for at least five years around the world and come back to the US to work for Chef Daniel Boulud in NYC at his resturant for at least 2 years and under Chef Dominique Crenn in San Francisco for at least another 2.

With the rest of my savings I would start a chain of healthy fast food restaurants around America that use all sustainable practices, have a seasonal menu, and local produce at each restaurant. 15% of the profit would go directly to specific scholarship funds.

I think I'd do the typical. Spend some. Save some. Give some to charity and family and friends.

I would first write my parent a check so I could help them get out of debt. They have spent allot of money on me and my siblings and I would definitely be more then happy to help them out so we can focus more on family and not on stress of debts. I would then buy myself a house fully paid for, and have a few year of years of utilities and other needs saved up. I then would put a certain amount to my college making sure I have more then enough for the next 4 or 5 years so I won't stress on money issues and just focus on my graduation. The rest I would save for the future, to invest, or save for my future children college savings. But there are always those who are less fortunate so i would put some to children in need, with lots of different organiztions so everyone could get some.
