Taking over the World
You know how there are always villians who want to take over the world, I've always wondered who that would work.

It is hard enough to run a country, let alone the entire world. It may look easy but there are many details?

Please discuss.

Taking over the world. think about it. You would have access to everything that empowers the world as we know it. World leaders, scientists, economic powers, resources, and control over the majority population. Its a lot like running a business. You would surround and empower yourself with the most efficient and brillient minds in the world, the most influential and wealthiest people would do your bidding, and the ability to shape or force future events would be at your disposal. Joe F: Yeah, I would never want to be a political figure who is responsible for a geographic area. It would kill me that I have to make decisions that benefit some, while not helping others. How can you make those decisions, saying that one person's needs are more important than another's, on a global scale? That is not something that I can handle, but I try to elect people who can!

SCC-TC: You are right, that those successful people can choose the most brilliant minds to be their advisors. Like you could have an economic advisor for each of the continents, who would have to brief you with updates every day.

RhettButler: I didn't watch all of that Blueprint for Global Enslavement. However, it made me think that it is not a good idea to have a single leader for all of the world. There is no way that one person should be able to veto a decision that will affect every country. I do not think that one human is capable of that kind of responsibility!

Thanks for your posts. Another question I have is that how would you prevent rebellion. Even if you use a secret police force, what if that secret police rebels.
